Mimi received her Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies from the University of the Incarnate Word on San Antonio, Texas, in 1996. In 2003, she received her Master of Theological Studies from the University of Notre Dame. While at Notre Dame, Mimi served as the Summer Hall Manager at Fischer O’Hara Grace Graduate Residences and as an Assistant Rector in Pasquerilla West Hall. She has most recently served as the Liturgy Coordinator for University Ministry at St. Mary’s University. Mimi spent three years as the Assistant Director of Campus Ministry at Our Lady of the Lake University. She has honed her ministerial and administrative skills through work in parish youth ministry, directing a college internship program, contributing to a variety of Archdiocesan events, and participating in liturgical and music ministry in both parish and campus settings.
