Sr. Lucille earned a B.A. in History and Education from Molloy College in Rockville Centre, NY. She graduated from St. Michael College in Winooski, VT, with an M.A. in Theology. Her recent professional experience includes work in at-home retreats and directed retreats, and annulment work as both an advocate and spiritual director. She is a member of the National Association of Lay Ministry.
Since 2004, Sr. Lucille has served as Pastoral Administrator at St. Patrick Ryan Parish in Merrill, MI. Bringing a wide variety of professional experiences to her new role as rector, Sr. Lucille worked as a Pastoral Associate for twelve years—three years at Queen of the Most Holy Rosary Parish in Bridgehampton, NY, concurrently serving for twelve years at St. Andrew’s Parish in Sag Harbor. She worked as a summer Retreat Director for Mercy Center in Madison, CT, as the Director of Religious Education at two parishes in New York, and for a number of years as a classroom teacher at both the high school and elementary school level as well as having been a elementary school principal. She served her Congregational in Formation work as the Novice Director for the Amityville Dominicans.
